How Our Parties Work

Our party package includes a venue charge of R450, giving you access to our beautiful facilities to celebrate your special occasion. This fee covers the venue itself, basic decor, and access to our amenities. You can choose from five primary colours for your tablecloth and matching bunting to personalize your space. Additionally, a water canister is included to keep everyone refreshed.

To make your party extra fun and convenient, we offer optional party packs that you can pre-order. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own party supplies if you prefer.

Please note that no outside food is permitted, and we kindly ask that you place your catering orders through us to ensure quality and smooth service. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake to celebrate with a sweet touch.

Garden Square: Shaded Covered Area – R450.00

You can add any additional item to this party pack including a print/ logo on one side. Please drop this at the Trail Kiosk for us to pre-pack.
